Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please note: During peak periods or high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping & Delivery Times

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 6–8 working days, depending on your location.

7–11 working days


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear once the parcel is in transit.

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Address
